A new bug fix release of the Morpheus 2.3 series is available
for download.
MorpheusML was extended by 2 valuable features: event logging for all of condition triggered events (Event, CellDivision, ...), and a classic mode for CPM neighbourhood configurations, that mimics the setup chosen by e.g. CompuCell3D and thus make CC3D parametrizations directly applicable.
The simulator was extended by expression defined domains and the flux boundaries of domains were fixed. Also snapshotting simulation states during simulation had several bugs fixes.
